Where body shops lose the call

Three things we fix first

Insurance questions stop people from calling

Can I use my own shop? Do you work with my insurer? A short, honest page answers the questions that keep people from picking up the phone.

Estimates mean a drive to the shop

An estimate request form that texts you the car, the damage and their number lets you reply with a ballpark and get them scheduled.

Your paint work is invisible online

Before-and-after photos are the strongest proof a body shop has. Most shops never put them anywhere a customer can see.

Body shop customers almost always want an estimate before they drive over. An estimate request form answers that from the couch.

The 5 pages

What a auto body shop website needs, page by page

The Website Starter includes up to 5 pages, written for you from a short kickoff call. For most body shops this is the set. Swap any of them for what matters more to you.

  1. HomeReviews, before-and-after photos of your work, estimate button and your insurance policy in one line.
  2. Collision repairWhat you repair, OEM vs. aftermarket parts, your warranty, rental and towing help.
  3. Paint & refinishingColor matching, full repaints, scratch and dent repair, with photos.
  4. Insurance claimsYour right to choose a shop, how you work with adjusters, and what the customer pays.
  5. Free estimateA form that texts you the car, the damage and the customer's number.

Questions your site should answer

Before they call

The questions that come up on every call. Answered on the page, they save your phone time and bring you callers who already know the basics.

  • “Can I pick my own body shop?”
  • “Do you work with my insurance?”
  • “Can I get an estimate before I drive over?”
  • “Do you help with a rental?”

Questions

Auto body website questions

Can customers send photos of the damage?

Photo upload isn't part of the Starter form yet. The confirmation message tells them to text photos to your shop number, and most do.

Can we explain that customers can choose their own shop?

Yes. We write it plainly and in your words. We don't give legal or insurance advice; we explain your process.

Will the site work in Spanish too?

The Starter is one language. A Spanish version of key pages can be added later and quoted up front.

What does it cost, all in?

$997 to build and $99 a month for hosting, security and small edits, both paid at signup. Your domain (about $10 to $15 a year) is in your name. Full refund if you cancel before design starts. Full pricing.

Will this get me to the top of Google?

Nobody honest can promise rankings. We build your site the way Google expects (fast, secure, mobile-friendly, with clear service and area pages) and link it to your Google Business Profile, so the people who find you trust you and call.
