Straight answers to every question we get

If it isn’t here, email hello@fullroutehq.com and a real person answers, usually the same day.

The free preview

What exactly is the free preview?

A working version of your new homepage, built with your business name, your real Google reviews, your services and a tap-to-call button, sent to your phone as a link. It’s a real page you can scroll on your phone, not a sketch or a PDF.

Is it really free? What’s the catch?

It’s free and there is no catch. We build it because it’s easier to show you than to describe it. If you pass, nothing happens: no invoice, no follow-up campaign. The preview stays online for a while so you can look again later.

How fast do I get it?

Usually within one business day of your request. We text you the link.

Where do the reviews on the preview come from?

From your public Google Business Profile. We copy real reviews word for word with the reviewer’s first name and last initial. We never write or edit reviews.

Can my customers find the preview on Google?

No. Previews are hidden from search engines, carry a banner saying they’re a FullRoute preview, and have a random link only you have.

What if I want changes before deciding?

Tell us on the 10-minute walkthrough. Small changes to the preview are fine. Bigger ones happen after signup, where you get two full rounds.

Websites

What’s included in the Website Starter?

Up to 5 pages written for you, a phone-first design, tap-to-call, a quote or booking form that texts you, your Google reviews on the page, service and service-area pages set up the way Google expects, your Google Business Profile linked, hosting, SSL and 30 minutes of edits a month. Full list on the how it works page.

Which 5 pages?

For most trades: Home, Services, About, Service area and Contact. Swap any for what matters to you (a Pricing page, a Financing page, a second services page). We suggest a set per trade on our trade pages.

Do I need to write anything?

No. We write every page from a 15-minute kickoff and your answers to a short list of questions. You read it and change whatever you like before launch.

How long does it take?

About two weeks from your kickoff: a first version within a week, then two rounds of changes, then launch on your domain.

I already have a website. Do you redesign it or start over?

We start over, keeping anything worth keeping (photos, descriptions, reviews). Your old site stays up until the new one replaces it.

Can I have more than 5 pages?

Yes, quoted up front per page. Common add-ons: a page per city you serve, a page per brand you service, a gallery, a financing page.

Can you keep my current domain?

Yes. The new site goes live on the domain you already own. You share access with us (never your password); your email on that domain keeps working.

I don’t have a domain. Now what?

You buy one in your name at a registrar like Namecheap or Porkbun (about $10 to $15 a year) and we set it up. We’ll suggest names if you want. It’s yours, not ours.

Will this get me to the top of Google?

Nobody honest can promise rankings. We build your site the way Google expects (fast, secure, mobile-friendly, with clear service and area pages) and link it to your Google Business Profile. That helps the people who find you trust you and call. Reviews and a complete Google profile do the rest.

Does the site work in Spanish?

The Starter is one language. A Spanish version of key pages can be added later and quoted up front.

Can customers book or pay online?

The Starter has a quote or booking request form that texts you; you confirm. Full online scheduling and payments can connect later to the tools you use (Jobber, Housecall Pro, Square and others).

Can the form take photos?

Not in the Starter yet. The confirmation message tells customers to text you photos, and most do. Photo upload can be added and is quoted up front.

Pricing and billing

What does a website cost, all in?

$997 to build plus $99 a month for hosting, security and small edits. Both are paid at signup. Your domain (about $10 to $15 a year) is paid by you, to the registrar, in your name. There are no other fees. Full pricing.

What does the $99 a month cover?

Hosting, SSL (the padlock), checks that your call button and form keep working, and up to 30 minutes of small edits every month: prices, hours, photos, services, a seasonal special. Request them from your client portal. Bigger changes get a quote first.

Why is there a monthly fee at all?

Websites need hosting, security updates and someone to change the price when your price changes. $99 covers that so you never have to think about it. Most “cheap” websites end up costing more once hosting, plugins and edits are added up. We wrote a guide on what websites really cost.

How do I pay?

By card or bank transfer (ACH) through Stripe. The build fee is one payment; the care plan bills monthly on your signup date. You can update your card and download invoices on the billing page.

Is there a contract?

A short service agreement in plain English. The care plan has a 3-month minimum, then it’s month to month. No auto-renewing annual terms.

What’s your refund policy?

Cancel before design work starts and you get a full refund of everything you paid. Once design starts, the build fee is earned. The monthly care plan has no partial-month refunds.

How much are the AI plans?

Lead Catcher from $297 a month, Always Booked from $497, Growth System from $1,497, each with a one-time setup. You get a fixed quote after a free call before anything starts. Pricing.

Do you offer discounts for multiple locations or referrals?

Multiple locations are quoted together. For referrals, see our referral page.

Ownership and cancelling

Who owns my website?

You do. Once the build fee is paid, the content and finished design are yours. Your domain was always in your name.

What happens if I cancel?

After the 3-month minimum, email us. The care plan ends at the end of the month you’ve paid for. We send you a copy of your site files so you can host it anywhere.

Can I move my site to another host?

Yes. Ask and we send the files. Your domain points wherever you tell it to.

Who owns my customer data?

You do. Leads from your forms go to your phone and email. We use your data only to run your service and never sell it. See the privacy policy.

Do you put your name on my website?

A small “website by FullRoute” line in the footer, which we remove on request.

AI receptionist, agents and automations

What does the AI receptionist actually do?

Answers your calls in a natural voice when you can’t, in your company name. It knows your services, prices and service area, asks the right questions, flags emergencies the way you tell it to, books into your calendar and texts you a summary with the recording and transcript. Details.

Will customers know they’re talking to AI?

It sounds natural and is upfront if asked. You choose the greeting, the tone, and when calls go straight to a person.

Can calls ring me first?

Yes. Most owners have calls ring them first and only go to the receptionist after a few rings, after hours or when the line is busy. You keep your number.

What about emergencies?

You define what counts (no heat, active leak, no power). Those calls are flagged and sent to you or your on-call person right away. For safety issues like a gas smell, it tells the caller to leave and call 911.

Are texts to customers legal?

Automated texts in the US need carrier registration and customer consent. We handle registration, opt-out handling and message wording so your texts get delivered and stay within the rules.

Does it work with my software?

Google Calendar, HubSpot and other CRMs, Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, QuickBooks, Stripe, Square and more. Clients connect their tools from the portal without sharing passwords. Integrations.

Can I start with a website and add AI later?

Yes. Most clients do. Any FullRoute site can add the AI receptionist, a chat agent or automations later.

Technical

Where is my site hosted?

On Cloudflare’s network, which serves it from locations close to your customers so it loads fast, with free SSL. We manage it; you never log in to anything.

Is it secure?

Yes. Every site has SSL (the padlock), is built without plugins that need patching, and is served through Cloudflare’s protections.

Will it work on phones?

It’s built for phones first, then desktop. Most of your visitors are on a phone, so the call button and the form are designed for thumbs.

Can I edit it myself?

You send changes from your client portal and we make them, usually within a business day, as part of the care plan. There’s no editor to learn or break.

Do you set up Google Business Profile?

We link your site to your profile and check the basics (category, hours, phone, website link). Full profile setup or ongoing posting can be added.

What about analytics?

You get a simple monthly note on visits and form submissions if you want one. No cookie banners or tracking of your customers across the web.

About FullRoute

Who are you?

A small business based in Atlanta, Georgia that builds websites and AI systems for local service businesses: auto shops, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, landscaping, cleaning and more. The people who build your site answer your email. About us.

Do you only work in Atlanta?

No. We build sites for businesses anywhere in the US. Around Atlanta we can meet in person; everywhere else it’s by phone and text, which is how most of it happens anyway.

Can I see sites you’ve built?

Ask us and we’ll show you what’s live right now. Better: get a free preview of your own, which shows you exactly what you’d get.

How do I reach a person?

Email hello@fullroutehq.com or use the contact page. Clients use their portal for changes and support@fullroutehq.com for anything else.
