Connect your tools in one click

FullRoute builds websites and AI systems for local service businesses. Clients connect the tools they already use from their FullRoute client portal, so their AI receptionist can book jobs and their automations can follow up, without sharing a single password.

How it works

What happens when a client clicks “Connect”

  1. In the FullRoute client portal (fullroutehq.com/portal), the business owner opens Connections and clicks Connect with Google, Connect with QuickBooks or Connect with Jobber.
  2. They sign in on that company’s own page and choose what to allow. FullRoute never sees their password.
  3. They come back to the portal, where the connection shows as Connected. Access is stored encrypted and is used only for the features that business turned on.
  4. They can disconnect at any time from the same page. Disconnecting deletes the stored access.

Google Calendar

Why: so the business’s AI receptionist can offer real open times to callers and put booked jobs on the owner’s calendar.

What we access: the calendars the owner chooses (to see busy and free times) and the events FullRoute creates, moves or cancels for bookings. Scopes: calendar.events, calendar.readonly.

Google Business Profile

Why: to keep the business’s Google listing (hours, details) up to date and to send review requests after finished jobs, when the owner asks us to.

What we access: the business’s listing and reviews. Scope: business.manage.

QuickBooks and Jobber

Why: so new leads become customers, requests and invoices in the software the business already runs on.

What we access: customers, requests, jobs and invoices for that business only.

Your data stays yours

  • We use connected data only to provide the features the business turned on.
  • We don’t sell it, use it for ads, or use it to train generalized AI models.
  • Google data is handled under the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
  • Disconnect any time in the portal, or for Google at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
